Pet
Policy
A small dog or cat is welcome in some of our rooms with a pet deposit
of $100 (refundable if no damage occurs). Please call for more information.
Smoking Policy
Because this is a historic building, there is no smoking in our rooms
but you may smoke on the Veranda.
Check-in
Check-in is from 2:00pm to 6:00pm and later with prior arrangements.
Check-out is by 11:00am.
Reservation
Policy
Because we are a small inn, and we are generally booked in advance,
it is advisable to make your reservation as early as possible. A one
to three night stay requires payment in full 30 days prior to check-in.
Four nights or more require a 50% deposit, and then payment in full
30 days prior to check-in. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations 30 days before check-in date will be refunded in full.
Less than 30 days will be refunded only if we can rent your room. All
refunds are subject to the larger of a $10 or 10% handling fee.
